What did you do over the 4th of July? I spent the day at the lake, sunning, playing in the sand and water. In recent years showing your American pride through dress has become very popular. I happen to be a BIG fan of this trend. Its so fun to dress in red, white and blue and celebrate Independence Day!
The most classic and the easiest way to incorporate American pride into your wardrobe is start with just red, white and blue. You don’t need to go crazy with American Flag skinnies and a star spangled top. Keep it simple, white pants, blue tank, red accessories or dark wash skinnies, red t-shirt and a white statement necklace or scarf.
This year I went with my favorite maxi and hat that I wear all the time. That I have blogged about before because I am obsessed. You know the one.
BAAM ‘Merica
I don’t even need a new picture of this dress because this is pretty much exactly what I looked like lol. I know wow, big variety fashion blogger. When it works don’t fix it right?

My lake look over the 4th and pretty much anytime I go out on the water. Really the lake = ‘Merica to me lol.
