Happy Friday! Today on the blog I am sharing two chic fall looks with Bobeau. Here in the mitten state the weather has taken a turn, and the cooler weather has me thinking of cozy fabrics, and layering up. When Bobeau reached out to me about a collaboration I knew that I wanted to share some cozy fall looks, and I was in luck because cozy is exactly what Bobeau specializes in.
About Bobeau…
I first interacted with Bobeau through Nordstrom, and found their line full of cozy fabrics and figure flattering silhouettes. This interpretation is on point according to bobeau.com, this brand has roots in styling the modern woman with feminine, versatile fashion that can be mixed and remixed year after year. You can shop their legacy line at Nordstrom, and shop B collection by Bobeau through bobeau.com. B Collection has diversified this brand by continuing to build on the quality that customers has come to expect from the legacy collection, you will find elevated fabrics, fresh silhouettes, and a competitive price point through the B collection.
Styling…
I selected pieces from Bobeau based on their versatility and cozy factors. I wanted the pieces that I styled for the blog to be versatile that way I can mix and match them throughout the fall and winter season but also be cozy and comfy for the cooler temps. Lets dig in to how I styled these looks.
Maxi + Longline Cardi
Fall florals are EVERYWHERE this season, Bobeau is offering this woven wrap maxi in both straight and plus sizes, as well as the duster cardigan in their signature cozy fabric. The base of the floral maxi is a black, and paired with the dark gray duster this dress takes on new fall life. When you are styling looks for fall its important to pay attention to the textures and how they work together. The autumn and winter months are all about dressing warm, which means layering up and being free to play with textures and fabrics. With this look, the cozy fuzzy fabric of the cardigan interacts with the changing colors and depth of the floral pattern. Those little details add an extra chic level to the entire look.
I styled these two Bobeau pieces with a pair of cognac HEELED(4 inch) booties. I am 5 foot 6, and this dress qualified as a midi style on me, I really love that look so I opted to accentuate it with some high heeled booties. Being the jewelry minimalist that I am, I kept it super simple with some sunglasses and a gold ring.

Cowl Neck Sweater + Skinnies
The second look that I styled with Bobeau is this great Cowl Neck Sweater and Skinnies outfit. I feel like in the fall I have two different “Fall Uniforms” one is a dress and cardigan, and the other is skinny jeans and oversize sweater LOL. I loved the wide knit rib of this sweater, and the shark bite hemline. The olive color is great for fall and winter, I sized up to get the oversized fit.
Lets talk about what makes this look work so well. They key is not so much about texture here, but about outfit balance. Pairing oversized ANYTHING can come off sloppy if not synced up with a fitted item. I paired this sweater with a pair of fitted skinny jeans, that way you can still see the general shape of my body but I don’t miss out on snuggling up in a sweater. I would love to style this sweater with a pleated skirt, and some heels for a dressier autumn look as well. This sweater is also available in straight and plus sizes, and don’t forget. I SIZED UP, so if you like the fit on me, considering sizing up as well.
