Leather Leggings for Spring. This post contains affiliate links. For more Spring themed posts go HERE, and HERE.
Happy Friday! In todays post I wanted to share a trend that I have ALWAYS admired but have never tried. And that trend is leather leggings. I love the edgy look but have never found a way to make it comfortable and accessible to me. Then a few weeks ago, I decided that it was time to really give it a go. So…I took advantage of a sale at Eloquii and ordered these Eloquii x Katie Sturino leather look leggings(these are sold out now but I will link similar), they were on major sale and I hoped that they would work for me. And with much happiness THEY were perfect.
Then I sat on them, and thought about them, and brainstormed around them. I knew that I wanted to style them for Spring, and I knew that I wanted that “peak of leather” look. AND THATS WHEN I REALIZED these leather leggings needed a kimono. Kimonos are usually long, billowy, soft, and luxurious the perfect accent to a fitted masculine pant. So for the fantastic price of 70.00 this look was born!
Yes you read that correctly. The combined price of pant, top, and kimono is 70 BUCKS!! Such a steal.
Here is why this look works, its easy to master, and when done correctly SLAYS. This look comes off so chic and works so well because of masculine and feminine textures of the fabrics. The masculine pant is offset by the feminine feel of the kimono, together they these two contrasting tones are played down by the neutral cotton tank. Do not be afraid to pair a lace top with your favorite ripped jeans and biker boots, grab your old leather jacket and sundress. Most women have a feminine top, and a masculine jacket in their closet.

Girl, I am LOVING this look. Those leggings are giving me all the inspiration to pair my roughest pieces with my most feminine tops. Also those shoes are a dream. So glad I stumbled on your blog!
