Its been SO LONG since I shared a review on Curls and Contours! In todays post I am sharing a review of the fabulous Kiyonna Meadow Maxi Dress, a true wrap made in the USA maxi that is colorful and fun this fall! Lets get into it!
Details Details…
Did you know that Kiyonna is one of the originally plus companies in the US(founded in 1996)? AND all of their pieces are made right here in the United States! Kiyonna specializes in curve flattering styles, especially DRESSES! Each season they produce high quality, timeless dresses and gowns for the curvy figure and I. AM. HERE. FOR. IT!
The Meadow Maxi Dress is a brushed polyester blend, and considered a true wrap design meaning it opens in the front and wraps around you. This maxi features rouching along the the 1/2 sleeves, and some slight rouching on the bodice, this extra little feature helps the dress to lay across your bust perfectly. No gapping or accidental cleavage with this dress. The hemline on this maxi gives away to a slight high/low, that way you aren’t tripping over the hem or your shoes.
The Meadow Maxi is a classic silhouette that Kiyonna continues to bring out in various patterns and colors for each season, currently this maxi is available in four colors. Autumn Lily (the dress I am wearing), Retro Dot Floral, Floral Bouquet, and Tropical Noir. With various pattern options this dress can appeal to variety of tastes and styles.
The Kiyonna Meadow Maxi Dress comes in sizes 14-28, and is currently for sale through Kiyonna for 108.00.

How To Style
This vibrant dress was really fun and easy to style. The floral pattern over an olive base really called to my sense of style, and I opted to pair this dress with brown, and rose gold accessories for a look that is distinctly autumn and super comfortable. Wrap dresses are a constant in my closet, and in the fall I always like to haul out booties, and denim jackets for my wrap dresses. The color of this dress is actually much warmer in person, when I pulled it from the box I knew immediately that I would be pairing this dress up with some saddle brown booties and my favorite fall clutch. I wanted to add some {more} drama to the the look by adding a pair of rose gold statement earrings!
Kiyonna has this dress described as a perfect wedding guest look, and I whole heartedly agree. Swap my booties for a nude or even purple strap sandals and you are looking at a classy and chic look for a fall wedding. And then after the wedding dress this garment down with a denim jacket and some booties. The brushed fabric increases the saturated colors, and adds some cozy factor! I can just imagine cuddling into a jacket while out on a beautiful fall day in this dress!
