This past weekend Kieth and I attended the Bombshell Bridal Promshell event! This was a charity event benefiting the Tim Tebow foundation’s Night To Shine Prom. We(really me) used this event as the perfect opportunity to get all dressed up and plan a fun evening with friends. Keith and I went to prom together back in 2007, this prom was definitely a walk down memory lane. I would like to think Keith and I are a little more stylish than we were back then.
I got my gown from Liz Louize the sister store to Bombshell Bridal. This gown features a fitted bodice, beaded shoulder strap and an attached belt. the full floor length skirt was a definite showstopper, the red embroidered roses on the bodice really popped with the red skirt. This gown features an illusion deep v bodice, the cups within the bodice supported everything and kept it right where it needed to be.
I didn’t want to wear a lot of jewelry with the gown so I opted to wear just earrings. These ASOS shoulder length tassel earrings went perfectly with the gown and the Fenty Beauty Uncensored red lip paint. I also got a blow out so my hair would be smooth for a change LOL.
I ordered Keith a new slim fit suit from ASOS, if you know anything about engineers then you KNOW they are not great dressers. My husband DOES NOT DRESS UP, like ever. So I also took this event as an opportunity to get him a midlevel suit that he can wear for special events.
I love how Liz and Kristen styled their prom looks, both of these babes are wearing City Chic!
We had a blast taking cheesy pictures on Liz’s back patio, the guys especially loved joking around. LOL.
We had so much fun going back to prom and plan on attending again next year!!

Maybe that’s what my boyfriend needs…a formal event. (He doesn’t dress up, either.) Love the red lipstick & the details on your dress…and that it has pockets. If I tried to carry a clutch, I’d never find it again.
